Billing policy
Miracle Meal Plans are on auto-renew (subscription) or pay as you go options. As per the
enrollment terms & conditions and billing frequency that were agreed to upon sign-up.
Miracle Meals subscription plans are charged once a week. You will be billed the same
amount based on the plan that was originally signed up for (including local sales taxes).
Please be advised that your re-billing date can fluctuate based on your meal selections
and date of meal plan initiation. You will receive the same meals that you ordered the
previous week and this will continue until you manually change the meals you want
delivered. Weekly Special meals change every week. Subscriptions containing Weekly Specials will by updated by an automated system that will assign new meals unless the subscription is cancelled. Meal changes must be made by Thursday at noon for delivery on Sunday. To notify us that you do not wish to auto-renew for a subsequent billing cycle, we require notice in writing at least two business days prior to your current program
cycle ending. If you wish not to auto-renew, please contact us at info@biltmeals.com or
call 954-247-1244. Please note that if we do not receive notification at least two
business days before your current program cycle ends, you will automatically be billed
for an additional cycle and will be obligated to continue service through the subsequent
cycle(s). If you have questions about the maturity date of your billing cycle, you can
email info@biltmeals.com or call 954-247-1244.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a meal, meal ingredient or a meal's appearance on arrival,
please contact us at info@biltmeals.com and our customer service agents will research
the incident, and at their discretion, may offer credit in the form of Miracle meals to the
customer account. We may require photographic documentation of any meal with which
you are dissatisfied before we issue a credit. Meals that did not meet your taste
expectations are covered by a money-back guarantee of up to 100%.
Guarantee applies to your first order only. Refund requests in accordance with this
guarantee must be made by email within 7 days of delivery. Meals that arrive unfit can
be credited to the account for use in a future order. We value photos of any improper
food arrival to continue improving our packaging. A customer service agent may request
photographs be sent to accompany the reported complaint. We encourage all
customers to remove meals immediately from their box and place in the refrigerator,
inspecting containers as they are transferred. Credit on orders that did not arrive due to
courier or Miracle Meals fault will be given in the form of Miracle Meals to the customer account.
Miracle Meals is not liable for packages undelivered due to incorrect addresses submitted
by the customer. Orders may be modified at any time until the weekly cutoff of Thursday at
12:00 pm (noon) ET. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once the cutoff has passed as
ingredients have been ordered.
Delivery fees
Delivery is a flat fee of $5.00.
In-store pick-up fees
In-store pick up is free of charge.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to discontinue your entire program, please email info@biltmeals.com or
call 954-247-1244 for faster assistance. Please be advised that subscription customers
are required to complete their service through the end of the current cycle and no
refunds will be given. If cancellation requests are not received by Miracle Meals at least two
business days prior to auto renewal, subscription customers will be automatically re-
billed for another cycle and will be obligated to continue service through the end of that
cycle.
Subscription meal selection
The deadline each week to select meals is at 12:00pm noon (ET) every Thursday. If Miracle
Meals does not receive a meal selection by Thursday 12:00pm noon (ET) for a subscription
member we will automatically send the same meals as you ordered the week prior. Subscriptions containing Weekly Specials will be automatically updated each week.
Bag return policy
Customers should leave bags and ice packs out for pickup on their next delivery date.
Customers should never have more than two bags in their possession at any time
during enrollment. Bags may also be dropped off at our Miracle Meals location. Failure to
return all bags at the end of your service with Miracle meals will result in a $15.00 penalty
per missing bag.
Food allergies
Miracle Meals cannot accommodate customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies.
By signing up for Miracle Meals, you agree to our terms and conditions and understand that
Miracle Meals is not responsible for any food related allergic reactions that may occur
whether it be mild or severe. We prepare our food in a facility that handles nuts, gluten,
dairy, shellfish, and other common food allergens. We cannot guarantee a cross
contamination. We urge you to use caution when choosing Miracle Meals. If you have a
moderate to severe food allergy, we cannot serve you. Please contact customer service by email at info@biltmeals.com or call 954-247-1244 if you have any questions regarding this warning.
Warning
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs, or
unpasteurized milk may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Please note, any meal
delivery left outside, in the elements of the environment, for longer than three hours
increases the risk of foodborne illness.
Always keep hot cooked food between 140f and 165f. Always keep cold food bellow
40f.
Miracle Meals LLC, including all affiliates, partners, vendors, and contractors are released of any liability after meals are delivered.
